Paula Izbicki
We welcome Paula Izbicki as Principal of the Hollis Primary School!  Mrs. Izbicki has been an elementary classroom teacher and literacy coach since 2000 for both the Manchester and Concord NH school districts.  She graduated from New England College in 2011 with her Masters in Educational Leadership and prior to that completed the undergraduate Bachelor of Science (“BS”) in Childhood Studies at Plymouth State University with a concentration in Special Education.  Prior to joining our team at Hollis, Mrs. Izbicki was a member of the Leadership and Restructuring Teams at her elementary school, she trained in and helped begin the implementation of Common Core State Standards there, and is Responsive Classroom I, II, and III trained.  She's an active user of instructional technologies. She also has experience working with grade level teachers to look closely at student work, district, school, and classroom data, and analyze models of best practice teaching.  She's trained in implementing the America’s Choice School Reform Model of Coaching (which includes professional development training, leading weekly PLC’s setting up and running classroom lab visits, setting up next steps with classroom teachers, lesson studies, and providing feedback to all teachers.  She also studies "task oriented math" and how it is being implemented in Australian Schools and enjoys presenting at local educational conferences.

Nicole Tomaselli
Nicole Tomaselli is the Curriculum & Instruction Administrator for the Hollis School District.  She works with the faculty at both Hollis Primary School and Hollis Upper Elementary schools to continually improve our curriculum (what we teach) and instruction (how we teach it).  Nicole holds a B.S. in Biology Education from Boston University and completed an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Northeastern University in 2008.  Nicole has been with the Hollis School District since the fall of 2010 as our Environmental Science teacher at the Primary School.  Prior to joining Hollis she was the Technology Integration Specialist at Bedford High School and for both Nashua High North and South.  She is also an adjunct professor for Rivier University teaching graduate courses to educators in the areas of curriculum and technology integration.  She is a life long learner who frequently takes courses and attends workshops then shares what she's learned with others on the staff.  She a Google Certified Educator, a SMART Master Trainer and was recognized as a Microsoft Innovative Teacher.  She's an active participant in the NHSTE community, always connecting with other teachers and technologists around the state.  She loves to share all of the wonderful things happening in her schools with other educator constituents on Twitter and is an annual participant presenter at the Christa McCauliffe Technology Conference.
